Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service:
- Account data: Your email address and OAuth provider identifier (Google/Apple) when you sign in.
- Usage data: A daily prompt count per user to enforce free-tier quotas. This resets each day and contains no prompt content.
- Saved prompts: Prompts you explicitly save to your library, stored in our database and associated with your account.
- Billing data: If you subscribe to Pro, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID reference — no card numbers or full payment details.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and maintain your session
- To enforce daily usage limits on the free tier
- To store and retrieve prompts you save to your library
- To manage your Pro subscription via Stripe
- To route your prompts to the appropriate AI model based on your tier
We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts to train any AI models.
3. AI Processing
Prompts you submit are sent to Anthropic's API for processing (Claude models). Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API data. By default, Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. We do not log or store the content of prompts beyond what you explicitly save.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data. All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We apply industry-standard security practices and regularly review our infrastructure.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Stripe — payment processing
- Anthropic — AI model inference
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data handling.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Delete your saved prompts at any time from the library
- Request full account deletion — contact us and we will remove all associated data
- Cancel your Pro subscription at any time via the billing portal
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies solely for authentication session management via Supabase. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
