By accessing or using Distill (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Distill is an AI-powered tool that helps users create high-quality prompts for use with large language models. The Service is provided on a freemium basis: a free tier with limited daily usage, and a paid Pro tier with unlimited access.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a valid email address or supported OAuth provider (Google, Apple) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or quotas through automation or abuse
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service's APIs
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

Prompts you generate using the Service are yours. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Distill.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Distill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
